Chiropractic care, massage therapy and acupuncture are covered by many health care insurance plans. Please check with your insurance carrier to make sure the type of treatment you will be receiving is covered by your plan.  We work with major insurance providers such as:

• First Choice

If you do not see your insurance provider on this list, please check with them. It is possible that they cover certain types of treatment provided by Axis Chiropractic Center.

Auto accidents: Please check with your auto insurance provider.

Work-related accidents: Please check with your employer or the Washington State Department of Labor & Industry to see if your treatment is covered.
